Aspire Oxfordshire is pleased to share that we have been awarded £7,000 through the Community Fund, supporting our ongoing work with prison leavers across the county.

This funding will contribute to our Through the Gate programme, which provides tailored support to individuals before and after release from prison. Through a combination of practical resettlement help, casework, and trauma-informed support, the programme helps people rebuild their lives and move towards stable housing and employment.

Supporting people at this critical stage is key to breaking cycles of reoffending, homelessness, and long-term disadvantage. By working alongside individuals as they transition back into the community, we aim to create safer, stronger communities across Oxfordshire.

We are grateful for this investment in our work and the people we support. Funding like this allows us to continue delivering meaningful, person-centred support where it is needed most.

As our programmes continue to evolve, we will be sharing further updates on how this funding is being put to use and the impact it is creating.
