Aspire Celebrates Lucy Phipps’ High Sheriff of Oxfordshire Award We are delighted to share that Lucy Phipps, Aspire Oxfordshire’s Functional Skills Tutor, was recognised this week at the High Sheriff of Oxfordshire’s Awards 2026, held at Pembroke College, Oxford, on 9 March 2026. The High Sheriff’s Awards celebrate individuals from across Oxfordshire who give their time, energy and care to others, often quietly and without expecting recognition. They honour people whose work strengthens communities, supports vulnerable people, and makes a real difference to everyday life across the county. High Sheriff Awards, more broadly, are given in recognition of valuable service to the local community. At Aspire, we see every day the dedication, compassion and commitment Lucy brings to her role. Through her work as a Functional Skills Tutor, she supports people in building confidence, developing essential skills, and moving towards brighter, more independent futures. Her passion for helping others learn and thrive makes a lasting impact, and this recognition is richly deserved. We are incredibly proud of Lucy and all she continues to do for Aspire and the people we support. Congratulations, Lucy! A truly well-earned honour. Manage Cookie Preferences
