We are working in partnership with The Midcounties Co-operative to deliver our recruitment pathway programme, providing two-week work experience placements at The Midcounties Co-operative Cowley Centre food store for Aspire beneficiaries, with a view to offering more long-term opportunities.

Here, our beneficiaries can make use of and build upon their existing skills and knowledge, as they gain crucial on-the-job customer service experience, support from existing colleagues and employability development.
